These Terms of Service govern your use of ShipSocial ("the Service"), operated by Dominique Berkein, Belgium. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
ShipSocial is a SaaS tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate social media content on behalf of users. The AI generates content based on information you provide about your brand. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publication.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You may not use the Service to generate or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes on the rights of third parties. You are solely responsible for the content published through your social media accounts using the Service.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable VAT. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are offered for partial months.
Beta subscribers who subscribed at the introductory price will retain that price for as long as they maintain an active subscription.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. After the trial, a 5-day grace period allows you to view your content before access is suspended. Providing payment information during or after the trial initiates a paid subscription.
Content generated by ShipSocial is produced by an AI model (Anthropic Claude). While we strive for quality, we make no guarantees about accuracy, appropriateness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You must review all generated content before publishing. You own the content generated for your brand.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Buffer, Unsplash, and social media networks. Your use of these platforms is subject to their own terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to or discontinuation of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, ShipSocial is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium.
